Additional Resources

I am a strong advocate for accessible resources and care. While I do offer my sessions on a sliding scale, I know that not everyone is in a position to pay for regular care work. Here, I will upload resources for breathing exercises, grounding techniques, meditations, and other resources that I will create for free for anyone to use and access. While these things are not a substitution for work with an individual therapist or counselor, I hope that they can at least provide some support to anyone who seeks it out.
